Terms & Conditions — bkkkk Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bkkkk website accessible at https://bkkkk.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on bkkkk or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts that have met applicable release conditions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback grant, or reload amount awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bkkkk applies to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account-level controls including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion available to all Players.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of clicking the registration confirmation checkbox during account creation.

These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform. bkkkk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bkkkk. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

To register and use bkkkk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bkkkk strictly prohibits use by anyone under 21. Age verification is conducted during KYC and may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bkkkk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed via the Platform's Responsible Gaming Tools or imposed by any external regulatory body.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, a different device, or via a proxy or VPN — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any details change. bkkkk is not responsible for any failure to deliver communications resulting from inaccurate contact details provided by you.

bkkkk reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify bkkkk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bkkkk will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. bkkkk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. You may not withdraw funds to a third party's account under any circumstances. Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes under normal conditions, 24 hours a day including public holidays.

5.3 KYC and Withdrawal Holds. bkkkk may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of unusual account activity, or resolution of a disputed Wager. bkkkk will communicate the reason for any hold to the Player via the registered email address within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bkkkk does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency payment will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.

5.5 Fraud Prevention. bkkkk employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal that triggers a fraud alert may be suspended pending investigation. bkkkk cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected financial crime.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bkkkk offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bkkkk reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus credits and free spin allocations expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, sold, exchanged for cash, or combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• bkkkk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any bonus credits already credited and partially wagered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, pattern betting, or other systematic strategies designed to generate risk-free profit will result in the cancellation of the bonus and, where evidence of deliberate abuse exists, suspension of the Account.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets. All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of every Wager — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. bkkkk will not reverse a correctly placed Wager on the grounds of Player error.

7.2 Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. bkkkk reserves the right to correct any odds that have been displayed due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake. Where a Wager has been placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bkkkk may void the Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.

7.3 Event Cancellations. If an event on which a Wager has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void by the relevant governing body, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.4 Cricket and Outright Markets. Outright markets — including BPL winner, IPL winner, T20 World Cup winner, and Bangladesh Tigers series winner — are settled once the relevant competition concludes and an official result is declared by the governing body (BCB, BCCI, or ICC as applicable). No deductions are made for events in which a named participant withdraws prior to or during the competition unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.5 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are disclosed in each game's information panel. The house edge is inherent in all casino games; bkkkk does not guarantee that any Player will achieve a positive return over any given session or period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkkkk Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation in connection with markets offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with casino dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between bkkkk's odds and those of other operators.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bkkkk staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account suspension imposed by bkkkk using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical workaround.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bkkkk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data feeds, software, and audio-visual elements — is the property of bkkkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from bkkkk.

Game titles such as Wild Bounty Showdown and Ganesh Fortune are the intellectual property of their respective game studios (Pragmatic Play and other providers). Use of these titles on the Platform is subject to licensing agreements between bkkkk and those studios.

10. Privacy & Data

bkkkk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bkkkk uses your data to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, deliver customer support, and send you promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. bkkkk does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for Platform operations and legal compliance.

All data transmitted between your device and bkkkk's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkkkk's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkkkk shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from third-party payment provider failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or platform outages caused by circumstances beyond bkkkk's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bkkkk makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

12. Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bkkkk support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Account balance (net of pending bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bkkkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or financial crime; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; or closure of the Platform in any market. In the event of termination by bkkkk for reasons other than Player breach, verified Account balances will be refunded.

In the event of termination for Player breach, bkkkk reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, recover any bonus amounts already withdrawn, and pursue any outstanding amounts through civil legal proceedings.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bkkkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bkkkk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, and formatting changes that do not alter the substance of the Terms — may be implemented without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any changes.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, bkkkk encourages you to contact the support team in the first instance. The majority of queries and complaints are resolved at first contact.

For formal complaints, you may submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bkkkk will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through available dispute resolution channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation.
